Shipping Policy

Shipping costs within Australia:

  • Regular shipping: free for orders over $50 or $4.5 for orders under $50 (no tracking available).
  • Express shipping for orders is a flat rate of $9 (tracking available).

If you require tracking, please select the express post option when placing your order.

All orders are currently shipped from Gold Coast, Australia.

 

Shipping Times within Australia:

We use Australia Post as our shipping carrier. The average shipping durations are as follows;

  • Regular shipping: allow 5-7 business days for delivery within Australia.  
  • Express shipping: allow 1-3 business days for delivery within Australia.  

Note: a ‘business day’ is a working day (Monday-Friday) and excludes public holidays.

There is potential of shipping delays during peak holiday seasons and unforeseen national disasters, such as the bushfires or COVID-19. This is out of our control and we apologise for any delays during these times.

 

Order Processing Time

  • Order processing times for standard items are within 1 business day; and do not include weekends or public holidays. Note: processing times for custom case orders can take up to 15 business days; due to the design, printing and quality assurance process.
  • Once an item is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your fulfilment details, which will include tracking details if you selected express shipping.

 

International Shipping

Our international shipping rate is a flat rate of $15.

Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery. International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country.

 

What if I have entered the wrong address?

We ship our items to the address provided on the order confirmation; so please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Minca Cases is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. Please contact us at info@mincacases.com if you have any queries.

 

What if I have made a mistake?

If there has been a mistake after you order has been made, please contact us at info@mincacases.com as soon as possible - and we will try our best to correct the address if your item/s have not already been sent. It is not guaranteed that we can revise your order, however we will try our best!

 

Communication

You will be automatically emailed once your order has been confirmed. We will email you again to notify you that your order has been dispatched. Please make sure you provide the correct email address to ensure you receive these confirmations.
