We want you to receive your items in a timely fashion, so please provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. We ship our items to the address provided on the order confirmation; so please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Minca Cases are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
If there has been a mistake after you order has been made, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible - and we will try our best to correct the address if your item/s have not already been sent.
Please note that all items are sent by regular post without tracking unless advised otherwise. If you require tracking or express postage, please select this option when placing your order, or contact us if you have any questions before making the purchase.
Shipping Costs, Payment & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide! All items are sent from Queensland, Australia through Australia Post. Phone cases, iPad covers, phone stands, Apple Watch straps and screen protectors are sent for free by regular post, for all orders over $40.
All items are priced and charged in Australian Dollars at checkout. Minca Cases are not responsible for any price differences determined by your bank regarding currency conversions or fees.
Minca Cases accepts payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express), Afterpay, ZipPay and Paypal. No payment details are stored on our website server. All shipping options are listed below;
- Within Australia
Regular Postage: FREE for orders more than $40, or $4 for orders less than $40 (expected delivery time is 5-7 business days, no tracking provided)
Express Postage: $8 (expected delivery time is 1-2 business days, tracking number provided)
- Outside Australia
Regular Postage via Airmail: FREE for orders more than $40, or $4 for orders less than $40 (expected delivery time is 10-18 Business days). No tracking provided.
Your standard item/s will be dispatched within 1 business day, after your order has been confirmed. Custom case orders can take up to 15 business days, due to the design and QA process. If for any reason this duration is longer we will contact you to advise of the delay. We only dispatch on business days (Monday-Friday excluding Public Holidays).
You will be automatically emailed once your order has been confirmed and payment is received. We will email you again to notify you that your order has been dispatched. Please make sure you provide the correct email address to ensure you receive these confirmations.
