CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind for any reason we accept returns within 60 days from the date your order was delivered (excluding personalised custom case designs and sale items).

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom cases as these have been already customised to your own design. 

All items must be returned in original packaging and in an unused condition. They must be received by us before a refund or replacement is issued. Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using registered mail or tracking services when you return the item, as we cannot be held liable for any items lost within the post.

Once your items have been received by us, we will inspect the goods and process your refund, replacement or exchange as soon as possible. You will receive an email to notify you once your items have been received, and another to advise that your refund, replacement to exchange has been processed. All refunds will be returned back to you via the same payment method that you used for your original purchase.

Any purchases that are sale items and custom case designs are final and not available to be returned, exchanged or refunded.


IMPORTANT INFO

If you have placed an order in one of our promotions where you have received an item for free and you need to return an item for a refund, we are unfortunately not able to refund the full priced value of the item in full. These promotions include; Buy 3 items for the price of 2 and Buy 1 get 1 for free.
We would be able to give you a partial refund for the item as you received a free item with your purchase. Please contact us by visiting our returns centre page here.
 

FAULTY ITEMS

We inspect all our items before they are shipped to ensure they are of top standard. If you do receive a faulty item we would be more than happy to either replace or refund the item. We want to get this resolved as quickly as possible so please contact us as soon as you receive your order via our returns centre page here.

AFTERPAY/ZIPPAY RETURNS

Our return policy also applies to all Afterpay orders. So if you change your mind for any reason or you are a eligible for a refund for an item, we will process this to you back via Afterpay or ZipPay. Please note that the item/s needs to be received by us before a refund is issued. If you have any questions regarding your Afterpay payments after we have processed your refund please contact Afterpay.
