Full priced items:

Minca Cases accepts refunds or exchanges on all full-priced items purchased from

Returns requests are accepted within 60 days from the day the products are delivered.

Sale & customised items:

Items that are either marked Sale or are from our custom made-to-order range are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Promotion items:

Full-priced items purchased during a promotion (eg. 10% off or Afterpay Day) can be returned for a refund or exchange.

However, if you have placed an order in one of our promotions where you have received an item for free and need to return an item for a refund, we are not able to refund the full value of the item. We would only be able to give you a partial refund. These promotions include; ‘3 for 2’ or ‘Buy 1 get 1 Free’.

Do you have a fault with your product?

Please lodge a return via our portal here with a description of the fault and image for our review. Our lovely customer care team will help resolve this for you.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition; unused and unaltered in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be sent back to our returns department within 60 days of receiving your items.
  • Minca Cases is not liable for the loss of any items being returned.
  • Original shipping costs will not be included in the return, with the exception for approved faulty items.
  • If your RMA number and sender details are not clearly labelled on your return parcel, your return may not be able to be processed.
  • Items that do not meet the requirements above may be rejected for a return, and sent back to the sender.

How to return your item:

Please review our returns policy to ensure your item is eligible for a return.

  • Search your order details in the returns portal here.
  • Select the option you are after for your return.
  • Once approved (within 2 business days), you will receive an email with you RMA number and our return address.
  • Send your item/s back in their original condition.
  • Clearly label your parcel with your full name and RMA # number.
  • Send your return with 14 days of receiving your approved return RMA # number.
  • All items are inspected by our quality control team before returns are processed. If returns do not meet the inspection or returns conditions, they will be rejected and sent back to you.
  • We suggest to use a traceable postage service to track your returns whereabouts.
  • We endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible but we allow up to 10 business days to be processed.
  • You will receive an email once the return has been finalised. Any refunds will be paid back via the same payment method that you used for your original purchase.

Do you offer Exchanges?

Yes, however as we sell a lot of stock weekly, we cannot guarantee that the product you want is still available - therefore you may need to choose an alternative product. Our customer care team will communicate with you to provide any recommendations on alternative products in the case your preferred item is no longer available.

Do you cover costs of the return shipping?

Minca Cases does not cover the cost of shipping your return items.
