What currency is your store in & what are the payment options?
All items in our store are listed in Australian Dollars ($AUD). 
We accept payments through AfterPay Paypal and also Debit/Credit card payments via Stripe - a secure payment processing platform. Through Stripe, you can pay with either; Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We do not store any payment information. Afterpay is a way that you can order your new goodies without having to pay the whole amount upfront. We ship your order out as normal and you pay it off in fortnightly instalments over 8 weeks. Further information available here.
What are your cases made of?
Our cases are either hard PC or soft TPU plastic material. The title of each product states if the case is either hard or soft. In some cases, especially in our Luxury range, we have cases made from other material (aluminum, electroplating metal etc.). If the case is neither TPU or PC, the material will be identified in the description.
A description of our hard/soft case materials are below;
-TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is a soft hybrid material, a mixture between hard plastic and soft silicone. It is soft & a very dense smooth rubber, made to slide in and out of the pocket without attracting lint. TPU is resistant to oil, grease and abrasion.
-PC (polycarbonate) is a hard plastic. It is tough and durable, offering great protection for your smartphone. Polycarbonate cases are lightweight, while providing great strength against drops and other potential cell phone damage.
The style I want isn't available in my phone model, will you be getting more cases?
Yes! We are continually adding more products to our store. If a case is unavailable, please contact us (through Instagram DM or though our website) with your phone model and case style details and we'll let you know if/when we'll be getting that particular case in stock.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been confirmed?
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. However, if you have a change in mind with your order, please email us at your earliest opportunity (reply to the order confirmation email you will receive). 
We can not guarantee that your order can definitely be changed. However, if we do receive your request before we send your order we will do our best to make the change. We will let you know via email if your change request has taken place.
What is your refund policy?
We accept returns for change of mind and faulty items. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
How do I use my Power bank?


When you need to charge your phone, you are required to use your own USB charging cord. Plug the standard USB cord end into the USB port on the power bank, and the micro-USB end of the cord into your mobile device. 

When the power bank is charging, your device will show a red light indicator.


When you need to recharge your power bank, you have to use the cord that was provided to you with your purchase. When the cord is plugged into an adaptor or power source (such as a laptop), it will show a blinking red light indicator to let you know that your power bank is charging. It is recommended to be charged for aproximately 2-4 hours. Once your device is charged, the light will stay on but stop blinking to let you know that it is fully charged. 

Your power bank arrives only half-charged, so we recommend to charge it when it arrives!
