COVID-19 Update
To all our loyal customers - we hope you're staying safe during these tough, bizarre times.

This update is to inform you that we are operating as per usual, with added protection across our warehousing to ensure that your orders are dispatched in a safe manner. We are sanitising frequently, keeping the 1.5m distance rule, and doing our best to keep up with your orders.

Please read below - due to COVID-19, please expect some possible delays.

Disclaimer: we ask your understanding and patience due to the current Coronavirus situation. Standard shipping will possibly be delayed for all countries. We will continue to work to deliver products as soon as possible while we keep our close attention on the situation.

Please also note that there may be a delay in updates from your tracking number - this is not on our end, it is due to delays with Australia Post, so please keep this in mind when tracking your parcel.

REGULAR Shipping Time Period

  • Regular shipping: allow 5-7 business days for delivery within Australia.  
  • Express shipping: allow 1-3 business days for delivery within Australia.


COVID-19 Shipping Time Period

  • Regular shipping: allow 5-12 business days for delivery within Australia.  
  • Express shipping: allow 1-5 business days for delivery within Australia. Please note: Australia Post has temporarily suspended the Express Post guarantee during COVID-19, however it is still their quickest shipping option - prioritising express post orders over regular post orders.

We are not shipping to any other countries outside of Australia during this time, however, if we accept your order please allow 25-30 business days.

This delay is due to:

  • reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights.
  • a significant increase in parcels volumes.
  • hygiene and social distancing requirements in the Australia Post network.

 

Delivery
Minca Cases is not responsible for any failure to deliver products on time or at all to the fullest extent permitted by law if such failure results from an event beyond its reasonable control. An event beyond its reasonable control would include but is not limited to war, rebellion, labour strike, natural disaster such as an earthquake or an endemic or pandemic such as COVID-19. In such circumstances we shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the product to you once the event no longer prevents us from doing so.

Due to the social distancing rules during COVID-19, please allow for 1-2 business days for fulfilment.

 

Custom Cases

As we get our custom cases printed using a 3rd party, we may experience some delays which are out of our control. If your order will experience delays, we will contact you to notify you about this.
