How to personalise?
- Input/select your personalised details in the section above the ‘Add to Cart’ button on this product page. The case is completely made-to-order, so you can choose any combinations you like.
- We will send you a mock-up design of your custom case, to the email address you provide at check-out. You can revise this design as many times as you like.
- Once the design is approved by you, we will proceed with printing your custom case.
Please note: the custom case can take up to 15 business days, due to the design, printing and quality assurance process we have in place. Unfortunately we cannot expedite these times as we use a 3rd party printing provider.
- We will design the case as you capitalise your words.
- If you leave the notes blank, we will use the order name for your first mock-up design.
- If you purchase additional items along with your made-to-order case, and wish to receive those other items sooner; please leave a note at checkout - and we will dispatch your other items immediately at no additional cost.
- Minca Cases won’t print designs which are copyrighted or protected by patent and trademark laws. We also reserve the right to reject designs that are libellous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, racist, pornographic, offensive, or any material that may be deemed inappropriate. Any inappropriate orders will be 100% refunded.
Shipping costs within Australia:
- Regular shipping: FREE for orders over $50, or $5 for orders under $50.
- Express shipping for orders is a flat rate of $9.
All orders come with tracking, and are currently shipped with Australia Post from Gold Coast, Australia.
Shipping times within Australia:
We use Australia Post as our shipping carrier. The average shipping durations are as follows;
- Regular shipping: allow 5-7 business days for delivery within Australia.
- Express shipping: allow 1-3 business days for delivery within Australia.
Note: a ‘business day’ is a working day (Monday-Friday) and excludes public holidays.
There is potential of shipping delays during peak holiday seasons and unforeseen national disasters, such as the bushfires or COVID-19. This is out of our control and we apologise for any delays during these times.

Items are eligible for a return within 60 days from the day the products are delivered, subject to our returns terms and conditions. We offer exchange (depending on availability) or refunds on full priced items. Change of mind returns are to be sent back at the buyer’s expense.
For our customised made-to-order range or sale items - returns will not be accepted.
We do recommend to check the device size on your order confirmation to ensure you receive the item as per your expectations.
