Shipping

As per our Shipping Policy, we offer FREE REGULAR SHIPPING for all orders over $40 (AUD). For orders under $40 (AUD), the rate shipping is $4. This takes 5-7 business days to arrive, once the case has been dispatched.

If you wish to receive your items as quick as possible, we recommend to use the EXPRESS SHIPPING option, which costs $8. Express shipping takes 1-2 business days to arrive, once the case has been dispatched.

You'll be able to chose your shipping option during checkout.

Returns

As per our Return Policy, you can not return custom cases for a 'change of mind' refund, unless it is faulty. We do however offer free 60-day returns on our standard range.

We do recommend to double check the device size on your order confirmation, and to review to mock-up preview we email you, to ensure you recieve the item as per your expectations.

You can choose your preferred payment method at Checkout. Currently we offer  two 'buy now, pay later' services, allowing you to pay off your order in installments, including;

• Afterpay 
• ZipPay

We also offer payments through Paypal, American Express, Mastercard & Visa. All credit card payments are processed through Shopify Payments and we do not store any credit card information.

• Choose your phone model and favourite style/colour.
• Input your personalised text into the section above the ‘Add to Cart’ button on this product page. The case is completely made-to-order, so you can choose any words/letters you like. If you have a special request; please use that section to explain this.
• Choose your favorite colour from the colour palette by select from the drop-down menu (above the "add to cart" option).
• We will send you a mock-up design of your custom case, to the email address you provide at check-out. You can revise this design as many times as you like.
• Once approved by you, we will proceed with printing your custom case.

• We will design the case as you capitalise your words.
• If you leave the notes blank, we will use the order name for your first mock-up design.
• Handling times for the custom prints can take up to 15 business days; due to the design, printing and quality assurance process. Unfortunately we cannot expedite these times as we use a 3rd party printing provider.
• If you purchase additional items along with your made-to-order case, and wish to receive those other items sooner; please leave a note at checkout - and we will dispatch your other items immediately at no additional cost.
• Minca Cases can't print designs which are copyrighted or protected by patent and trademark laws. We also reserve the right to reject designs that are libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, racist, pornographic, offensive, or any material that may be deemed inappropriate. Any inappropriate orders will be 100% refunded.
